Install an eSIM on Google Pixel
Works on Pixel 4 and later (and some Pixel 3/3a models). The phone must be carrier-unlocked.
- Wi-Fi connection

Install now, activate later
Installing doesn't start your plan for most plans; validity starts when the eSIM first connects in a covered destination. Each plan page states this.
Install with a QR code
- 1Connect to Wi-Fi.
- 2Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
- 3Tap Add SIM (or +).
- 4Tap Download a SIM instead? → Next.
- 5Scan the QR code from your order email or account.
- 6Tap Download / Activate and wait for confirmation.
Install manually (no camera needed)
- 1Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM → Download a SIM instead?
- 2On the scanner screen, tap Need help? → Enter it manually.
- 3Paste the full LPA string (starting with LPA:1$) from your account.
Buying on the same phone you'll install on
- 1Copy the LPA string from your account and use Enter it manually.
When you land
- 1Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Wayline Travel → turn on Use SIM.
- 2Turn on Roaming for the Wayline line.
- 3Set Wayline Travel as the default for Mobile data.
After installing
- Turn off Use SIM for the Wayline line until you travel if you prefer.
- Don't delete the eSIM; it usually can't be reinstalled.
