Troubleshooting

Why data roaming must be on

Roaming is required for travel eSIMs; and it doesn't create extra charges from us.

Travel eSIMs connect through local partner networks, which your phone treats as roaming. If Data Roaming is off for the Wayline line, it won't connect.

Turning roaming on for the Wayline line doesn't create charges from Wayline; your plan is prepaid. To avoid charges from your home carrier, keep roaming off for your home SIM and set Wayline as your mobile data line.
