I deleted my eSIM by mistake

What can (and can't) be done after an eSIM is removed.

Most eSIM profiles can only be downloaded once, so a deleted eSIM usually can't be reinstalled from the same QR code.

Contact support with your order number. We'll ask the network partner whether the profile can be reissued. We can't always guarantee a replacement.

To avoid this in future, switch the line off instead of deleting it.
