• What we hold: your order details, ICCID, encrypted installation codes, activation status, and usage figures where our Network Partner reports them.
• Why: to deliver, support and bill for your Plan, and to meet legal obligations.
• Who we share it with: our wholesale connectivity providers and the mobile networks they use, only as needed to operate your eSIM; our payment provider; and service providers acting on our instructions.
• Destination requirements: some countries require mobile users to be registered. If a Plan requires identity verification, this is stated before you buy, and the data is shared only for that purpose.
