Fair Usage Policy

Purpose

Our Plans are designed for personal use while traveling. This policy helps ensure consistent service for everyone using our Network Partners' networks.

Unlimited plans

Unlimited Plans include a daily high-speed allowance stated on the Plan page (for example, 2 GB per day). After that, speed is reduced (for example, to 1 Mbps) until the daily reset. Hotspot/tethering may not be permitted on Unlimited Plans; the Plan page states this.

All plans

The following are not permitted:

• Using a Plan as a permanent or fixed home/office connection.
• Running servers, peer-to-peer file sharing at scale, or continuous automated traffic.
• Using SIM boxes, multiplexers or reselling connectivity.
• Use in devices other than phones, tablets or personal hotspots unless agreed.

What we may do

If usage clearly breaches this policy, we may contact you, reduce speeds, or suspend the Plan as permitted by our Terms. We will not apply this policy to normal travel use.
