Installation and activation are different
Installation
Adding the eSIM profile to your phone by scanning the QR code or entering the codes manually. Needs Wi-Fi, takes a couple of minutes, and can be done days before you travel. An eSIM can usually be installed only once.
Validity starts on first connection
Your plan's validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered destination; not when you buy or install it.
Requirements: an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone, and a Wi-Fi connection while installing. When you arrive, turn on data roaming for the Wayline line.

Fair usage and refunds
High-speed data up to 2 GB per day. After that, speed is reduced to 1 Mbps until the daily reset. Hotspot/tethering is not supported on this plan.
If you haven't installed the eSIM, you can request a refund under our Refund Policy. If a fault on our side or our partner's prevents the eSIM from working and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
